*Only one spot available now* (updated 7/30/2018)

We are inviting 2 nonprofits to send 1-2 staff members to attend a course on Design Thinking and Organizational Change at no cost.

This highly experiential course allows participating nonprofits to solve a real organizational challenge with the support of a graduate-level student team. The Seattle Pacific University Industrial-Organizational Psychology department offers this course to its Masters and PhD students, and we owe a big thanks to their faculty and leadership for creating this opportunity for local nonprofits.

Course includes 6 in-person sessions, all held at convenient evening or weekend time slots, over the span of 2 months.

Participating organizations get to:

  • Build internal design capability.
  • Invest in the development and growth of upto 2 staff members (course credits worth $3,300 per person).
  • Solve an organizational challenge with the support of a graduate-level student team.
